Winter Tastemakers Gathering

On January 10th and 11th, industry leaders throughout the food system convened at the Cornell University Department of Food Science’s Stocking Hall for the CIFS-IPP Winter Tastemakers Gathering. Highlights of the gathering included a faculty panel discussing innovation at the intersection of taste, nutrition, and brand experience, a presentation detailing a “Whole food approach for chronic disease prevention and healthy aging," a description of Cornell Dining’s Chef Chemistry class, and a North America consumer trends overview presented by Mintel. Attendees also enjoyed a festive seasonal reception and the opportunity to participate in a dairy ideation session hosted by the National Dairy Council.
